Tues. workout

JM drills
swings-doubles-singles-darc swing
Jerks- Double 16kg 5-10-15 , Double 24kg. 5-10-15 x 2
Janda situps 7-4-4-3
Tire flips 3x3
Sledgehammer 10L/10R x 4
Dips (superset with sledgehammer)
5x5

That's it. Felt very primal afterwards! Still can't seem to shake whatever is wracking my body. But, I don't feel so bad that I can't train.
