ok, now that I am awake.......4:13 am, and baby in arm.... i can finish the last workout posting. I snatched the bulldog 1L/1R x 2. I had my friend take a pic for the blog.
As you can see, my left hand took a little more effort.
Why do I blog? What started as one thing evolved into another. Still training myself and training recruits with kettlebells. I am hoping to expose more law enforcement to better strength and resiliency through kettlebell training. At the same time, becoming a better instructor through the POST Master Instructor Development Program. Lead by example, create balance in life and training.

Can you press the bulldog too?
Hi Franz,
Thanks for the encouraging words! After your last post, I decided to see if I could press the bulldog, and the answer is Right hand-yes, Left side-no. I will have to try it when I am more fresh.
Lots of muscle tension! I worked alot of core exercises ala Steve Mawell's Abs, Back, and Core DVD. Smokin'!
Way to F#$%*n go Pete!
