Saturday's workout

Feeling pretty tired from all that has happened today. (Family medical crisis of wife's grandparent's over the weekend.) Short and sweet.

JM drills (helped clear out the cobwebs).

Swings 32kg 1 x 5, 1 x 10

Snatch 32kg 5 x 5

That's it. Kind of just blow the pipes out. Tomorrow is Mother's day, and I will be manning the stove!

I like that quote....it sounds like my style of training.....i may take a while,but I am getting there! It is the journey that makes it all the worth while.
